I received these from recent baby photography clients. So cute! Tinyprints does a really great job of printing your photos and baby announcements.

For coffee table books I’ve also used Mypublisher and Kodakgallery with the former being my preference. A little bit more involved in the creating of the book – but I loved their printing. Top notch – and both are similar in pricing.

Party Photography

I do party and event photography as well. Chasing around children between the ages of 2 and 10 – jumping in the jumper with them, playing catch, climbing on the jungle gym – it’s a challenging but VERY fun day for me. When I do these portrait shoots I always find that kids seem to like me… they see me as one of them I think. (my nieces and nephews do!) It’s a great asset because I’m able to grab them being their normal wonderful selves when I point my crazy camera their way.

One of my photographs got picked to show James Kenney’s family life on X Factor this season. James is a very talented singer/songwriter who is competing this year. He made it to the house – and still has the chance of being brought back as a wild card. He is a really good man, James and he is accruing more and more fans – this is a beginning of a fantastic career jump. He’s a wonderful guy – so this makes me very happy

James Kenney and his beautiful wife Beth have two baby girls, Emma and Lucy – both of whom I had the honor of photographing at about 4 months. And they participated in my Smile Portrait Project as well. (the charity portrait project I did to benefit Smile Train.) I’ve known the Kenneys for about 4 or 5 years now and they are a very sweet family. The parents are best friends AND in love. It doesn’t get better than that.

Happened to log onto Yelp after a client said they found me via Yelp. I had no idea people had reviewed me – I’ve done nothing to promote that – I’ve been remiss to do that because I’m so busy that I can barely find the time to clean my house! ;)

Felle is AMAZING!! I had family in town and wanted to surprise everyone with some wonderful photos of all of us at the Santa Monica Beach/Pier. She was able to work to capture everyone in true natural poses. The photos do not look set up or like we are trying to ‘strike a pose’. They look like we are having the most amazing, happiest day and someone secretly captured everything without us even knowing! Our group ranged from 6 years old to 63 years old and everyone had a great time. Even the ladies of the group loved all of the photos!! Our 63 year old said he may need to get a Facebook profile just to post his photos from this shoot
I can’t say enough about how great the photos were and how wonderful, helpful, and creative Felle is! Best money I have spent!!

I also had my shots done by Felle. I found her though a friend who’d had her acting headshots done by her and found out she did baby photography as well. I had her take the pictures when I was pregnant and after Lori was born. So happy with them. Got a canvas on my wall now that is to die for!!

Felle took photos of my family after my daughter Sonia was born and we got such amazing photographs of us. I’m usually not comfortable in front of the camera – never have been (ask my mom) but Felle was so relaxed and she just had a way of making us feel comfortable. She didn’t pose us, which I was surprised by and at first didn’t know what to do … but she said she just wanted to capture moments of us being who we really are… my husband started goofing around like he always does and faster than I could believe – we were done and it had been a great time! I highly recommend her. She’s got a great friend referral program too. Such a gift to have these photos of Sonia – she’s already bigger than she was – and now I’ve got evidence of how small she really was. So happy.
